Both enclosed CoreXY printers; the Kobra S1 ships as a multicolour combo, the Centauri Carbon is single-material for now.

Elegoo Centauri Carbon
Elegoo product pageShort verdict
Both are enclosed CoreXY printers with a 320 °C nozzle. The Kobra S1 has a slightly smaller bed (250 x 250 x 250 mm, 15.6 L) than the Centauri Carbon (256 x 256 x 256 mm, 16.8 L), lists a 600 mm/s maximum speed against 500 mm/s, and both list 20,000 mm/s² acceleration.
The biggest difference is multicolour. Anycubic lists the ACE Pro, with 4 colours (8 with two units), included in the Combo. Elegoo lists its CANVAS multicolour system as on the roadmap, so the Centauri Carbon is a single-filament printer today. The Centauri Carbon also lists a 110 °C bed against 120 °C on the Kobra S1. If multicolour matters now, the specs favour the Kobra S1 Combo.
