Bambu Lab sells printers to UK buyers through a dedicated UK web store with GBP pricing, plus authorized resellers. This guide lists what the UK store charged on 2026-10-10 for the four printers most buyers consider, what shipping and returns cost, and what the store says about warranty. It is a research article built from the store's own pages. Nozzle Notes has not ordered from the store, so the buying experience itself is not assessed.
The UK store
The store is at uk.store.bambulab.com. Its shipping policy states that checkout currency is the pound, and the printer pages show prices including VAT. The product pages say orders ship from a UK warehouse within 1 to 3 business days of processing. Bambu Lab also lists an Authorized Reseller link in the store footer, and says purchases from a reseller follow the reseller's own return policy.

Shipping costs and times
From the store's shipping policy, for UK delivery of printers:
| Product | Shipping charge |
|---|---|
| A1 mini, A1 | £8 |
| A1 mini Combo, A1 Combo | £10 |
| P1S, P2S | £13 |
| P1S Combo, P2S Combo | £15 |
The policy states delivery in 2 to 4 business days and names DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail and Yodel as the current carriers. Filaments and accessories ship free over £45 and cost £4 under it, but the policy says free shipping excludes printers and AMS units. The store does not ship to some outlying islands and remote regions, and names the Channel Islands as an example. The policy asks buyers to monitor the delivery schedule, to film the unboxing, and to contact support within 24 hours if packaging is damaged or items are missing.
Returns and refunds
The store refund policy states a 30-day return window from receiving the items. The policy says the extension from 14 to 30 days took effect on 14 August 2026, and covers orders received after 15 July 2026. Key conditions from the policy text:
- Returns must go through customer support first, with the order number and a short reason, plus photos or videos where there is a fault.
- Items must come back with all accessories, in the original box and packing.
- If the supplied return label is used, its cost is deducted from the refund. The policy table lists £25 per label for a 3D printer or AMS.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and a refund can then take up to 7 days to appear.
- Used, damaged or incomplete returns can receive a partial refund.
Product pages also list 30-Day Price Protection on selected products. Read the terms on the store before relying on it.
Warranty and support
The UK product pages for all four printers list a 1-year warranty and lifetime support. The full Warranty Statement is linked from the store footer. Cover details, exclusions and the claim process are not summarized here, so read it before buying, and keep proof of purchase. Warranty claims go through the maker's support page, and the refund policy separates faults inside the return window from warranty cases after it.
The store pages also publish software support dates. For example, the A1 mini page guarantees bugfixes and feature updates until 20 September 2028 and security patches until 20 September 2030, and the P1S page gives 13 July 2028 and 13 July 2030.
Practical tips for UK buyers
- Buy from the UK store for GBP pricing. The shipping policy notes that international orders are subject to customs and duty fees set by the country of import, so a non-UK storefront can add costs.
- Add running costs to the budget. Use the print cost calculator and the UK running costs guide. The total is also covered in how much a 3D printer costs in the UK.
- Plan filament too. Bambu printers read RFID-tagged spools, covered in the Bambu Lab filament guide. Slicing is in Bambu Studio for beginners.
- Choose by use case first. The first printer checklist helps decide between open-frame and enclosed, as explained in enclosed vs open-frame printers.
If you only read one thing. The cheapest way in is the £149 A1 mini, the cheapest enclosed option is the £329 P1S, and the P2S starts at £449. Shipping adds £8 to £15, returns are 30 days with return label costs deducted, and the warranty statement deserves a read before checkout. All figures were checked on 2026-10-10 and can change.
